Refund Policy

At Lonely Seaside Dentist, Inc, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed elective or cosmetic treatment, we want to make it right. This policy outlines our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible cosmetic and elective dental treatments, including but not limited to:

• Teeth whitening treatments
• Composite bonding
• Porcelain veneers (initial placement)
• Elective cosmetic consultations (fee applied toward treatment)

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a covered treatment, please contact us within 30 days of the completion date. We will schedule a complimentary review appointment and work with you to resolve your concerns — which may include a revision, adjustment, or full or partial refund at the Practice's discretion.

The following treatments are not eligible for refund under this policy:

• Dental implants (covered under a separate implant warranty)
• Emergency dental services
• Preventive care and routine hygiene services
• Orthodontic treatments (governed by a separate treatment contract)
• Treatments where the patient did not follow post-treatment care instructions
• Treatments affected by natural wear, trauma, or habits (e.g., grinding)

To initiate a refund request:

• Contact us within 30 days of treatment completion.
• Email info@lonelydentist.com or call (323) 664-0026.
• Describe your concern in detail so we can prepare for your review appointment.
• Attend a complimentary in-person review with your treating provider.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Insurance-covered portions will be handled in accordance with your insurance plan and applicable law.

Appointment cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and is intended to compensate for the reserved appointment time. Exceptions are made for genuine emergencies at the discretion of the Practice.
